35 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm




We have an opportunity for an Asset Coordinator to join our team of 7 in Scotland, based at our Priesthill Office, Glasgow. This role is office based with a hybrid-working option.


This job sits within the Asset Department, which is responsible for delivering high-quality and cost-effective strategies to manage the Group's property portfolio, advising on reinvestment programmes for stock and offices to ensure that the properties retain value and are maintained in accordance with Group requirements.


The role of

Asset Coordinator

will include:




Deliver, co-ordinate, improve, maintain and monitor effective and efficient administrative systems to support regional asset teams to deliver services in accordance with policies, procedures and relevant regulations Support the regional asset team by ensuring accurate and timely information is collected, collated, analysed and interpreted to ensure regulatory and other standards are continuously met or exceeded and to inform programmes of work Support the management and maintenance of relationships with internal and external stakeholders, residents and contractors, identifying any shortfalls in service delivery and ensuring they are dealt with appropriately, including investigating and responding to complaints Oversee the arranging of meetings including attendance, information preparation, minute-taking and follow-up administration to ensure effective organisation and record keeping Coordinate and plan all team tasks, to support the delivery of team targets including fire risk assessments, stock condition surveys and other property inspections

Skills and experiences:




Numeracy and literacy to the equivalent of Grade C English and Maths GCSE Recent experience of providing administrative support to senior management and of undertaking a similar role Some experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workload in support of team targets Basic understanding of construction project planning Some knowledge of producing quality compliance and statistical information Ability to interpret computerised data and intermediate Microsoft 365 Occasional travel may be requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving licence is essential
