Key Responsibilities
Provide proactive general administrative support to the Asset and wider
Property Pod, as and when directed.
Maintain electronic records updating IT systems including Keystone, Open
Housing, Dynamics. Maintain and report on key trackers for asset, sustainability, decent home and
asset related KPIs. Work closely with the Asset and Sustainability Manager to prepare, monitor
and report on progress of sustainability projects, journey to EPC C and Net
Zero Carbon and overall Sustainability Strategy. Engage with our tenants and leaseholders on a range of different subjects
including arranging visits site inspections and advising on appointment and
repairs dates. Take the lead for arranging, collating and reporting on asset completions and
any other related survey data. Support investigating managers in collating key complaint and QR
information. Produce reports and programmes from data held within various IT systems
Assist the Asset and the wider Property Team with collating data and
providing variety of data analysis functions. Work with technical staff to interrogate and validate data and information,
before uploading into key asset and housing management systems Maintain, review and ensure that agreed Asset and Property functions happen
as and when required Produce, review and refine Keystone/Asset database, Dynamics and Open
Housing/Housing management system, processes where required and ensure
changes are logged and uploaded to Knowledge Sphere.
