The Asset Intelligence team provides a range of proactive services to assist clients with managing their estate and software procurement. With a focus on best practice and renewal optimisation, the team works with clients across a wide range of industry sectors, to ensure maximum value of obtained from the software investments

The Customer Journey Team are a key part of the department, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end customer life cycle in relation to the Asset Intelligence customer Managed Services. You'll be accountable for ensuring that the customer is kept informed at every stage of the journey, from helping to integrate the solution into the organisation, co-ordinating Quarterly Business Reviews, ensuring deliverables are being met and exceeding our customers' expectations.



Working with our internal teams, vendor partners and customers, you will be key in ensuring every customer receives excellent value from the services, as well as co-ordinating the day-to-day functions within the Asset Intelligence Team.




As Asset Intelligence Customer Journey Manager, you'll be responsible for:




Oversee all aspects of the Asset Intelligence Managed Services function and ensure successful delivery/customer success

Owning and managing a subset of Managed Service customers across all functions, including co-ordinate and hosting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

Host customer kick off calls, taking meeting minutes and following up on actions

Manage and track all assessments & services provided by the Asset Intelligence Team

Supported by the consultants, you will communicate the status and steps to customers through the Customer Journey process

Build trusted relationships with customers

Ensure service milestones are achieved and tracked across all live customers by working with the Consultants/Analysts to ensure service success

Manage ad hoc projects/touch points through the customers lifecycle

Knowledge of and experience with MS Office range of products

Strong planning, organisation and administration skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication skills

Excellent presentation skills

A passion for working with people and the ability to quickly build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders

Proactively use your own skillset and that of the team to solve problems

Knowledge of asset management principles
