As an Asset Interface Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the accuracy and integrity of asset data and records. You'll take ownership of identifying and defining Minor Works asset replacement projects, while also contributing to the specification and planning of major H7 projects, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence.
Successful candidates need to pass the PTS Rail Medical requirements for Heathrow and Network Rail.
Building strong partnerships with project delivery teams and representing operational delivery teams to ensure high standards are achieved and maintained.
Identifying and pursuing Minor Works initiatives, addressing asset condition interventions while maintaining the integrity of existing assets and improving the quality and accuracy of asset information.
Delivering seamless integration of new assets into operations, ensuring asset records meet required standards and supporting ongoing works.
Representing rail, engineering, and baggage operations in project and technical forums, providing clear understanding of asset requirements.
Driving a structured approach to asset integrity, aligning technical needs with delivery objectives to enhance operational performance.
Engineering qualification at Level 4 or above, or equivalent experience gained through practical application.
Broad and adaptable knowledge across diverse assets, systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong understanding of management systems and effective risk management practices.
Collaborative and influential, with the ability to consistently demonstrate professional and appropriate behaviours.
Skilled problem solver with an analytical mindset, capable of addressing complex challenges and delivering innovative solutions.
