What's the role all about?



You'll be at the heart of our asset investment planning and delivery-- leading the delivery of our planned programmes, improving property data and systems, and helping us deliver great homes that meet regulatory and customer expectations.

Here's how you'll live our values:

Brilliant Basics



You'll assist with the implementation of our new Asset Management Strategy, develop short and long term investment plans, and ensure high-quality projects are delivered on time and within budget. Excellent communication will underpin all of these activities, internally and with customers.

Embrace Change



From Net Zero targets to system upgrades, you'll lead the charge in evolving our asset function to meet future needs. You'll develop forward-thinking policies to ensure BHA stays innovative, and aware of regulatory changes.

Learn & Grow



As a hands-on leader, you'll support the development of your team through mentoring, coaching, and development planning -- while nurturing a culture of learning, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

Inspire Together



Collaboration is key. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure a joined-up approach to asset management. You'll engage with our customers and create space for open communication and inclusion.
