We're looking for a

curious, analytical, and motivated intern

to join our

Asset & Liability Management (ALM)

team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international finance team that plays a crucial role in managing the interest rate and liquidity risk across the UK, Germany, and Austria for Stellantis Financial Services.

What you'll be doing

As an ALM Intern, you'll support the team in delivering strategic objectives that drive profitability and capital efficiency. You'll get involved in:

Interest rate & liquidity risk management

Producing risk positions and hedging proposals Supporting funding strategies and explaining positions to stakeholders

Fund transfer pricing (FTP)

Developing FTP assumptions and forecasts Liaising with business units to explain pricing impacts

Model governance & reporting

Building and maintaining risk models Preparing materials for ALCO and Treasury Committees Supporting group-wide risk and finance reporting
You'll also gain exposure to areas like securitisation, deposits, commercial paper, and credit insurance.

Who we're looking for

This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in financial services and gain experience in the field, especially those with an interest in ALM. We're looking for someone with:

A degree (or working towards) in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field. Strong analytical and Excel skills. A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently. A keen eye for detail and a passion for quality. Great communication skills with the ability to explain complex data clearly.
