Asset Management Analyst

to join our team in Leeds. If you're organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about operational excellence, this is your chance to play a key role in managing the lifecycle of IT assets that keep our people connected and productive.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Asset Management Analyst, you'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of IT assets--from laptops and mobiles to software and peripherals. You'll:

Manage asset requests for new starters, movers, and leavers Track, allocate, recover, and refresh IT equipment across multiple locations Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance Raise and manage purchase orders for IT assets Liaise with third-party logistics and support partners Audit asset data and produce reports on usage, refresh cycles, and recoveries Collaborate with IT, HR, and business units to ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding Educate stakeholders on asset processes and policies

What You'll Bring

experienced IT Asset Manager

Support Analyst

with hands-on lifecycle management experience A

logistics, inventory, or customer service professional

with transferable skills An

early-career ITSM professional

looking to grow in a structured, tech-driven environment

Key skills we're looking for:

Strong organisational and prioritisation skills Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy Confident communication and stakeholder management Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving Familiarity with asset tracking tools (e.g. Lansweeper, SCCM, JAMF); ServiceNow experience is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
