We're now looking for an Asset Management Analyst to join our team in Leeds. If you're organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about operational excellence, this is your chance to play a key role in managing the lifecycle of IT assets that keep our people connected and productive.
? What You'll Be Doing
As an Asset Management Analyst, you'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of IT assets--from laptops and mobiles to software and peripherals. You'll:

  • Manage asset requests for new starters, movers, and leavers
  • Track, allocate, recover, and refresh IT equipment across multiple locations
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance
  • Raise and manage purchase orders for IT assets
  • Liaise with third-party logistics and support partners
  • Audit asset data and produce reports on usage, refresh cycles, and recoveries
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and business units to ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding
  • Educate stakeholders on asset processes and policies
? What You'll Bring
We're open to a range of backgrounds. You might be:
  • An experienced IT Asset Manager or Support Analyst with hands-on lifecycle management experience
  • A logistics, inventory, or customer service professional with transferable skills
  • An early-career ITSM professional looking to grow in a structured, tech-driven environment
Key skills we're looking for:
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Confident communication and stakeholder management
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Familiarity with asset tracking tools (e.g. Lansweeper, SCCM, JAMF); ServiceNow experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
