The Role
This role is a step up from the EA role and a broadly equivalent level to the Practice Executive role.
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day to day operational support to key stakeholders as required.
  • Support the coordination and delivery of the team's annual Alternative Insights Summit.
  • Support the coordination and delivery of the Alternatives Academy for junior clients.
  • Support the coordination and delivery of the annual Insights '25 publication.
  • Coordination of, and assisting with, materials for bi-monthly AM senior management meetings and AM associate town halls.
  • Lead on maintaining AM client and matter tagging for the purposes of internal financial reporting.
  • Lead on maintaining AM client lists.
  • Ensure that AM client entities are correctly grouped with the wider client group.
  • Support with maintaining the Alternative Insights bi-weekly mailing list.
  • Lead on organising AM socials - both for the full floor as well as AM senior management.
  • Lead on maintaining the AM Hub and training calendar.
  • Lead on maintaining the AM conferences and trip tracker.
  • Create and maintain AM client care sites.
  • Introduce and implement a new cross-departmental process for the service provider and international lawyer meetings.
  • Support the AM initiative looking at optimizing the use of AI across the core teams.
  • Leading on Linked In posting, pre-arranged comments etc.
  • Coordinating with BD on the creation of bank of AM credentials, pitch materials etc.
  • Support with the coordination of AM international trips, if required.

Personal Specification - Experience, Knowledge & Skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)software.
  • Adaptable and flexible.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Project management and event planning experience
We are excited to be moving from our London headquarters in Snow Hill, to a brand-new building in the City - Stonecutter Court. The move is expected to take place in early 2026.
