Overview
The Global Client Group (GCG) is Dimensional's distribution arm, comprised of sales channels that target a diverse client set. By putting the client first, we strive to transform the way the world invests, and our solutions are testament to the value provided to our clients.
Specifically, the GCG's goal is to develop deep, enduring business relationships with a range of financial advisors, wealth managers, institutions, and investment consultants to provide insights and tools that can help them deliver a better financial experience.
The EMEA GCG, based in London, is responsible for developing new business relationships as well as managing current relationships with our global clients across all of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). We take the time to understand clients' evolving needs, identifying where we can add value and collaborating to provide a better investment experience.
Responsibilities
Dimensional is seeking final year students, or equivalent, to join our 2026 summer internship program, starting on 23rd June 2026 and concluding on 20th August 2026. Over the course of the 9-week program, interns will play an integral part in the day-to-day support provided to our clients. The internship will provide the opportunity to learn how Dimensional takes principles developed by academic research and applies them to the real world of investing. Interns will work on various presentations and analytical projects and present results to the team at the end of their internship.
Qualifications and Desired Experiences

• Final year student set to graduate in 2026 or equivalent studies, preferably with a STEM or finance-based subject
• Interest in financial markets and passionate about improving the investment experience
• Excellent quantitative problem-solving and analytic skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, highly motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment
• Team-first mindset with an ability to proactively help others solve problems
• Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and meeting deadlines
• Strong computer skills (MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint) with the ability to learn programs as needed
• An understanding and appreciation of Dimensional's investment process, philosophy, and business strategy

If selected to move forward, you will be invited to Dimensional's Insight and Assessment Day on 11th March 2026. The insight portion of the day will consist of Q&A panels, presentations from our investment and sales channels, and time to network with recent new joiners and senior leadership. This event is designed to provide you with a detailed overview of an asset management firm's day-to-day operations and better understanding of the skillets required to succeed within the industry. As part of the formal internship recruitment process, there will also be assessment periods throughout the day. In-person attendance at our London office on 11th March 2026 is required to be considered for the summer internship.
