As Asset Manager (m/f/d) you will become a member of our team responsible for the asset management of office, residential and logistics properties in the UK and Ireland. Based in London, you will provide support with the following tasks:
Creation and implementation of individual property strategies with continuous alignment of the properties to the respective market situation by competitive analysis and assessment of potential risks specific to location, property and valuation
Identification, development and realization of value enhancement potentials in the portfolio
Management and coordination of our external partners (including property management) and collaboration with internal partners (leasing, real estate project management)
Preparation of individual budget plans, including target/actual comparisons and reporting
Monitoring and accounting of projects after purchase or from the portfolio as well as reporting
What you offer

You are the right person for our company and this exciting position if you have the following:
Successfully completed studies in economics or law and/or a comparable real estate qualification
Several years of professional experience in asset management or property management
Extensive knowledge of the British and/or Irish markets as well as an established professional network
Good understanding of figures and a quick grasp of ideas and concepts as well as a high degree of responsibility, motivation and assertiveness
Fluent in English (native-speaker level); German language skills desirable but not essential
Willingness to travel within Europe with regular visits to the Hamburg HQ
