We're a leader in facilities management, trusted by top-tier clients across critical sectors. Right now, we're looking for a Hard Services FM Asset Manager to take the lead at Northwood Headquarters, helping us drive excellence across our asset management strategy.


You'll be key to delivering a seamless and smart FM experience. This role focuses on developing a single, consolidated "Master Asset Register" and leading a team (in the next project phase) to audit and capture data across the site.

What you'll do:



Conduct full asset audits to verify condition and ownership Carry out condition surveys and track lifecycle stages Ensure full compliance with regulations & contract standards Identify and manage asset defects and fixes Forecast lifecycle costs with detailed reporting Validate maintenance records and service history Maintain an accurate, unified asset register Mitigate risk across contracts and asset performance Coordinate with clients and contractors Maintain structured, accessible asset documentation Lead and manage the future asset capture team

What you will bring to the role:



Experience in Hard FM / Building Services (plant & equipment) - working in a similar Asset Management role Background in large-scale or complex facilities (e.g. military, healthcare, large University campus) Working knowledge of PFI contracts HNC/HND (or equivalent) in a related field Strong Excel skills and CAFM system experience
