A highly regarded and fast-growing real estate investment manager is looking to hire an Asset Manager to support the expansion of their multi-let, last-mile logistics portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-capitalised platform with an outstanding track record in UK logistics real estate, working within a collaborative, entrepreneurial team on a portfolio that is central to the business's growth strategy.
The Role
You'll work alongside a Senior Asset Manager and collaborate closely with internal teams and external consultants to: Deliver end-to-end asset management across a dynamic, multi-let industrial portfolio
Build strong occupier relationships to understand and support their operational needs
Lead lease events including rent reviews, renewals, new lettings, and break options
Identify and deliver refurbishment and redevelopment projects
Contribute to strategic business planning and performance enhancement
Engage in ESG initiatives and sustainability improvements
Review and approve service charge budgets in partnership with property management
Prepare and present reports to the Investment Committee
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an ambitious and proactive individual
MRICS qualification, with approx. 1-2 years' PQE
Experience in asset management, commercial agency, investment, or valuation
Industrial/logistics sector experience is preferred but not essential
A customer-facing mindset and confidence in managing tenant relationships
Commercial acumen with strong negotiation and communication skills
Interest in ESG and placemaking within real estate
A team-oriented approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Full UK driving licence
