Main Purpose of the role:
Supervising and supporting a team to ensure that we deliver an effective and professional Asset Management service to stakeholders. To include, but not limited to Property Transfers, Lease Compliance, Consents and Lease Variations.
Ensuring that compliance and administration requirements are achieved to enable the department to deliver Asset management strategies and project work.
Acting as the conscience of the collective team, providing guidance and organisational advice to aid smooth resolutions for our portfolio and seamless processes and improved performance for our internal teams on time all the time
Main Responsibilities:
Organising workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching
Ability to identify and adjust working practices to efficiently and effectively accomplish assigned objectives
Establish, monitor and ensure adherence to quality and quantity standards
Assist team members with more specialised and complex queries and work activities
Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
Liaise with Residential Management Companies, leaseholders, Solicitors and clients as necessary
Establish strong relationships with other interdepartmental heads and team members
Establish strong professional relationship with clients through regular engagement and review meetings.
Identify and implement opportunities to retain and enhance asset value for both Innovus and clients.
Liaise competently with Asset Managers and Directors
Prepare financial and workflow reports
To prioritise and action own workload
Recruit and train new employees and support staff to achieve best practice and personal growth.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role and /or previous experience within the property industry.
Strong customer and employee focus with the ability to utilise data insights to drive performance improvement and capability using leadership, coaching and mentoring toolkit.
Well-developed organisational skills who is results orientated and delivers against action led project plans.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software with excellent IT skills, social-media savvy and up to date with new technology.
Confident, articulate communicator - both orally and in writing; able to build relationships with all employees, from site-based colleagues to directors.
Possess a 'can do' attitude with a confident approach to ownership and accountability.
Leads team building and collaboration and consistently demonstrates the required Innovus leadership attributes.
Manages Performance and Talent Management activities for direct reports and ensures consistency by checking and reviewing performance data, trends and insights.
Takes ownership of specific tasks/projects as directed by line manager and/or our Executive Board.
