The Role
This is a customer-facing role that also involves working closely with third-party partners, including agents and auction houses. It's a great opportunity to develop both your communication and problem-solving skills while being part of a friendly, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaising with customers to facilitate Voluntary Termination requests for their Hire Purchase agreements.
Engaging with customers on the Debt Resolution work lists to discuss the best path forward regarding their account.
Communicating with IVA companies, ensuring we receive dividend payments, processing IVAs accurately, and submitting Proof of Debt forms.
Investigating accounts to obtain current and relevant customer details, including reviewing applications and performing job checks.
Managing the collection of shortfallamounts following insurance claim settlements.
To be the point of contact for Field Agents and Auction Houses who have been employed to act on our behalf.
Person Specification
Essential:
Previous telephone or customer facing experience
Excellent Telephone Communication Skills
Excellent Email Communication Skills
Previous experience working with customers.
Good IT Skills
Desirable:
Previous call centre or collections experience
Previous experience working within a regulated financial services environment.
