The Role



As an Asset Supply chain Advisor, you will:

You will work as part of the Stores team to ensure our Operatives and Planned Investment teams have access to the correct type, level and quality of materials needed to ensure effective service delivery. You will source, manage and audit stock and manage and maintain the internal stores in line with Health and Safety legislation and Kingdom Standards. You will ensure that we are committed to delivering as One Kingdom to provide the highest standard of service to all our customers.
Working as part of the wider Asset Operations Team, you will ensure access to quality materials for repairs and maintenance work, with a focus on VFM and efficiency. You will monitor stock levels in Operatives vans by assisting with regular audits in collaboration with the Assets Supply Chain Coordinator and other Asset Operations Team Leaders, ensuring accurate record keeping on the relevant digital platforms.

About You



We're looking for someone who:

Educated to SVQ 3 level or equivalent in a relevant subject Forklift Licence (RTITB) Previous experience in a relevant role Knowledge of Trades and Trades Materials including tools and equipment Knowledge of Health and Safety The ability to provide advice and guidance Strong attention to detail Ability to interpret data Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers Planning and Organisational skills Strong digital skills including the ability to input data
