Assistant Accommodation Advisor
to join our front-line team.
About the role
------------------
You'll be the welcoming face of UCL Accommodation, providing a first-class reception service to our students, visitors and contractors. From handling enquiries and resolving issues to supporting check-ins, check-outs, inspections and events, you'll ensure our residents enjoy the very best experience.
Working as part of a supportive team, you'll also play a key role behind the scenes - from managing bookings and payments in our StarRez system to liaising with contractors, reporting maintenance issues and helping coordinate social events. No two days will be the same, and you'll have the chance to make a genuine difference in students' lives.
About you
-------------
We're seeking someone with:
Experience in a customer-facing role (hospitality, accommodation or retail experience is a plus)
Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
Good organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence in using administrative systems
A positive, flexible attitude and a commitment to great customer service
Willingness to work on a rota, including some evenings and weekends
