Assisting with month-end close: accruals, prepayments, and journals
Preparing financial reports and managing the fixed asset register
Handling accounts payable and receivable -- including invoicing and credit control
Reconciling bank transactions and company credit cards
Supporting VAT compliance and return preparation
Contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and reporting accuracy
Collaborating across departments and AGL group companies
We're open-minded about where you've come from -- we care more about what you can do and where you want to go.
Ideally, you'll have:
AAT qualification (or studying towards it)
Previous experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in an SME
A good grasp of accounting principles and reconciliation best practices
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, Xero)
Strong Excel skills (XLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Great attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and solid problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment
At Nonacus, we're innovation-first, mission-driven, and seriously collaborative. We're big on teamwork, low on egos, and love bringing the whole company together for regular socials. Come help us change how cancer is diagnosed -- and enjoy doing it.
