Ratiobox is an accountancy and professional services provider delivering a range of services including accountancy, bookkeeping, payroll and lettings services to clients across the UK.
The requirement of this role is to perform accounting and bookkeeping tasks as required for our clients. The main areas of delivery:
Customer liaison, via e-mail and telephone respond to customer queries and questions;
End to end bookkeeping including reconciliation of main accounts;
Assistance with profit statement and balance sheet reconciliation;
Delivery of purchase ledger, invoice input, payment run and invoice approvals;
Delivery of sales ledger, credit control and invoice generation;
Bank, credit card and marketplace reconciliation and posting;
Ad hoc accountancy and bookkeeping tasks as required.
Due the wide ranging nature of the services we deliver, further experience can be gained quickly and to compliment this there is study support available should this be of interest.
The role also requires:
Good communication skills including e-mail and verbal at a senior level;
The ability to multi-task and manage time to strict deadlines;
Experience in Sage, Xero or other accounting software;
