We are looking for an

Assistant Accountant

to join our busy Finance team in Chiswick in this

Full Time Office-based

role reporting to the FC.

Experience of using

Sage 50

and

Excel skills essential

The role

. Download and analyse monthly Sales & Refunds from all worldwide online platforms in multi-currency

. Calculate vat on sales where applicable

. Post sales and vat to Sage accounting system

. Post and reconcile all receipts in multicurrency from each platform and post to Sage

. Bank reconciliations Multi-Currency

. Credit Card Reconciliations

. Intercompany Reconciliation

. Accounts Payable (Platform Fee invoices/credit notes/adhoc invoices)

. Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts

. Filing

Ideal candidate would be someone who meets the following criteria:

. Qualified Accountant/AAT/QBE who has relevant experience

. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel to process large volume of data

. Experience of Sage accounting and Sales posting, in multicurrency

. Experience of management accounts

. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Full time, office-based Monday- Friday, Annual Salary: 35,000-40,000
