What You'll Be Doing

Process and validate customer refund requests using Salesforce and Xero. Handle daily refund transactions across multiple payment gateways and direct debit systems. Investigate and manage chargeback disputes in collaboration with banks and payment processors. Analyze and report on trends in chargebacks, suggesting improvements to reduce dispute rates. Run daily e-check reports and update Salesforce records accordingly. Process debt collection placements with external US-based agencies. Support month-end close activities related to AR adjustments. Generate monthly reports on refunds, chargebacks, and e-checks for management accounts.

What We're Looking For

Meticulous attention to detail with strong accuracy in financial processing. Advanced Excel skills; confident working with Power BI for reporting and insights. Experience with accounting platforms like Xero, NetSuite, or similar. Strong communicator and collaborative team player. Excellent time management and ability to handle high transaction volumes under pressure.
