About you

We are currently inviting applications for an Assistant Accountant on a full-time basis with an immediate start. You should have a positive mindset, with a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic with some previous experience in accounts/finance or newly qualified AAT (minimum). Supporting the existing Finance Crew in transactional processing to meet month end accounts deadlines.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Assist in preparing financial reports.
Support month-end and year-end accounting processes.
Processing bank & credit card receipts.
A positive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Check, verify & process purchase invoices.
Process stock transactions.
Monitor & action incoming finance emails.
Credit control.
Inputting & managing finance data onto SAP.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
AAT qualified.
Speed & accuracy in processing data.
A keen eye for detail.
Positive attitude & excellent communication skills.
Microsoft Excel skills, including use of data filters, pivot tables.
Some previous accounts experience.
Time management skills.
