We're also growing our Tanning Business - Sun Tan Time, with modern salons offering safe, clean and high-quality sunbeds, with friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere - perfect for achieving that healthy, golden glow all year round.

We're now looking to recruit a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Accounts Manager who can also provide Personal Assistant support to senior management, to join our friendly team based in Tenby.

The Role:



This dual role combines core accounting support with PA duties, offering a unique opportunity to be involved in both the operational and strategic sides of the business. You'll be working closely with the group accounts manager and wider team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:



Support with day-to-day accounting tasks: purchase and sales ledger, bank reconciliations, invoicing and payments.

Help monitor budgets, cash flow and financial performance across the group's businesses.

Liaise with managers across different sites to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial records.

Maintain filing systems and support general office administration

Other duties such as data entry, maintaining files and reports, ordering supplies and compliance documentation

Provide administrative and organizational support to directors

Manage calendars and arrange meetings

Handle Travel Bookings and Accommodation

About You:



Experience in a similar accounts or finance admin role

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Confident using accounting software (e.g. Sage, Xero) and Microsoft Excel

Good communication skills and a proactive approach

Able to work independently and as a part of a wider team
