We are seeking a creative and dynamic Assistant and Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. You will play a crucial role in managing our online reputation and fostering relationships with our community through various social media platforms. You will also be expected to help with front of house work and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create, curate, and manage published content across all social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and objectives.
Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities, responding promptly to comments and messages.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media management.
Manage public relations efforts through social media, addressing any potential issues proactively.
Greet clients warmly and help to plan their treatment dates, update their notes and process payments.
Perform administrative tasks such as invoice processing, stock take, cleaning logs.
Work closely with our director to help with the basic running of the clinic.
Requirements
Proven experience in social media management or a related field.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
Experience in public relations is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
