Assistant Auto Fitter

Join our specialist workshop team at Thruxton Airport as an Assistant Auto Fitter and help us manufacture our unique trademark luxury vehicles. Senzati create the highest specification interiors for the Mercedes-Benz Vito, V-Class and Sprinter models and we are the strategic van partner of Mercedes-Benz UK. This role demands focus and attention to detail in all aspects of the coach building and assembly process. The opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and practical individual interested in learning new engineering and auto electrical skills to become competent and trusted in auto fitting and electrical installation. This is not a mechanic's role but a familiarity with automotives would be useful.

Your responsibilities

Vehicle Transformation

: Assist in the careful, consistent, stripping down, preparation, and re-assembly of luxury Mercedes vehicle interiors within our state-of-the-art workshop.

Precision Assembly

: Close attention to detail to help re-build bespoke interiors with approved components and ability to follow instructions to adhere to Senzati quality standards.

Workshop Cleanliness

: Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace environment, ensuring vehicle bays, floors, tools and equipment are kept tidy, ready for any customer visits.

Team Collaboration

: Work effectively and enthusiastically to support colleagues in all given tasks.

We are looking for

Experience

: Demonstrable transferable skills in related fields and ideally some experience working with vehicles.

Technical Proficiency

: Familiarity using hand and basic power tools.

Professionalism

: Ability to demonstrate practical capabilities and maintain our high standards of professionalism representing the Senzati brand.

Time Management

: Good time management skills and a strong focus on task completion.

Team Spirit

: A presentable, friendly, and proactive team player.

Aptitude

: Ideally, an aptitude for automotive, mechanical assembly, vehicle interiors, or vehicle preparation.

What We Offer
