Fletchers Bar & Eatery is an independent busy bar hosting live music, events, weddings, DJs and private parties.

We are looking for an Assistant Bar Manager who would love to help develop this fantastic venue further. You will be a dynamic hospitality professional with experience in bar and food service and great marketing and IT skills. You also love ensuring people have a great time!

Responsibilities:

Help to coordinate the operations of our bar, food and events ensuring exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction.

Create marketing strategies and events to promote Fletchers events and attract new customers

Provide hands-on management to optimize productivity and profitability.

Qualifications:

Proven experience of a leadership role within the hospitality industry such as bar events or hospitality management.

Experience in marketing/promotions and social media optimisation

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a customer-centric approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 10.50-12.50 per hour
