is looking for a motivated and experienced

Bar & Restaurant Manager

to lead our busy hospitality team. This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of one of the Isle of Sheppey's most established hotel venues, combining vibrant bar service, restaurant dining, and event management under one roof.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the bar, restaurant, and function areas. Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding service. Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness, presentation, and customer care. Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimise profitability. Create and manage promotions, themed events, and seasonal offers. Oversee stock management, supplier relationships, and compliance with all licensing, health & safety, and food hygiene standards.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Restaurant Manager (hotel experience preferred). Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach. Excellent customer service and organisational ability. Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and events as needed.
