What you'll do:

Lead, motivate, and inspire your bar team. Work collaboratively with the Bar Manager on team briefings, 1:1s, and performance development Take ownership of stock management, including accurate ordering, cost control, and maintaining an excellent cellar Create the perfect atmosphere - think lighting, music, and great service! Work across the main bar and cocktail bar to deliver smooth, top-quality service Recommend products with confidence and engage with guests

A natural leader with energy and passion for delivering a fantastic guest experience A warm, friendly, and driven personality who loves working in a team Previous hospitality management experience is essential Flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
