Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a flair for creating exceptional drinks that enhance our guests' experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving beverages, maintaining a clean bar area, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, assisting with restocking as necessary. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks. Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service protocols.

Experience

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining high service standards. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with customers and team members alike. A willingness to help others, demonstrating teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
