Participate in food preparation and cooking as needed, demonstrating culinary skills to inspire team members.
Manage inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as necessary to ensure seamless service.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to exceed guest expectations.
Monitor staff performance, providing constructive feedback and support for professional development.
Assist in creating menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Skills
Strong background in bar and restauran.
Previous supervisory or team management experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations to ensure compliance.
