Are you a passionate and experienced retail professional with a flair for luxury and a drive for excellence? Montblanc is seeking a dynamic Assistant Boutique Manager to support the leadership of our prestigious New Bond Street Flagship in London. This is your chance to make a significant impact, supporting the boutique's performance, elevating client experiences, and contributing to the success of a world-renowned brand.






HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT:



Support Boutique Performance:



Assist in achieving and exceeding sales targets by actively participating in sales activities and motivating the team to achieve individual goals. Support the Boutique Manager in monitoring and managing the P&L, identifying opportunities to improve profitability and control expenses. Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, including VM, product presentation, and promotional activities Assist in Leading and Developing a High-Performing Team:



Support the Boutique Manager in training and coaching team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills. Assist in creating a positive and motivating work environment that fosters teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement. Provide guidance and support to team members in resolving customer issues and handling challenging situations. Elevate the Client Experience:



Ensure that all customers receive exceptional and personalised service, creating a memorable and luxurious shopping experience. Support the implementation of CRM strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including managing client data, sending personalized communications, and organizing exclusive events. Assist in cultivating relationships with VIP clients, providing them with tailored services and exclusive access to new products and events. Optimize Retail Operations:



Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring that the boutique is well-stocked with the right products to meet customer demand. Oversee till operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions. Maintain the boutique's appearance and cleanliness, ensuring that it is always presented to the highest standards. Support the implementation of security protocols to protect the boutique's assets and ensure the safety of customers and employees. Support Strategic Initiatives:



Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to grow the business, enhance the brand image, and create unique customer experiences. Assist in analysing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Support the Boutique Manager in implementing new initiatives and projects, ensuring that they are executed effectively and efficiently.




HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?



Strong experience in retail, preferably in a luxury environment. Demonstrated leadership potential with the ability to support and develop teams. Excellent client relationship management skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
