Salary:

55,000 OTE (Basic + Commission (uncapped) + Company Car)



Work Pattern:

5-Day Working Week plus 1 full weekend off per month

Key Requirements for the Role of Assistant Branch Manager:



Possess a full understanding of the sales process and adeptness in managing it through a team. Develop, manage, and refine policies for new and used vehicle sales. Maximise sales and profitability of both new and used vehicles, along with associated products. Establish and organise the sales team and resources to achieve performance targets. Foster an environment that promotes excellence for both the department and staff. Achieve Finance & Insurance budget and objectives.

Skills Needed for the Role of Assistant Branch Manager



Exemplary customer service skills. Strong negotiation and communication abilities. Proficiency in computer literacy. Transactional competence in deal construction and conclusion.

Required Experience for Assistant Branch Manager Position:



Essential previous experience in the Motor Industry as a Sales Controller/Business Manager. Company Vehicle Car sales experience is a prerequisite. Demonstrate a successful track record in sales. FCA compliant.
