The Role



Due to our exciting growth and expansion strategy, we're creating a new

Assistant Branch Manager

position within our Swindon team.

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll support the Branch Manager and wider team with the day-to-day running of our busy branch, working across operations, sales, and customer service.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Supporting the sales team with customer enquiries and quotations Assisting with supplier sourcing and purchasing activities Helping in the warehouse when required to ensure smooth operations and deliveries Identifying opportunities to build business and strengthen customer relationships Providing general branch support as needed to keep operations running efficiently
This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad business experience and develop towards a senior role as the company continues to grow.

The Person



We're looking for a proactive, adaptable person who enjoys variety and takes pride in providing great service.

Education & Skills



GCSE-level education (or equivalent) Confident IT user with good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Excellent customer service and communication skills Full UK driving licence preferred
