Were looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to join our corporate marketing team at McDonalds UK & Ireland and help shape the future of how we bring campaigns to life.
Youll be part of our Calendar Planning function, supporting the coordination and delivery of marketing activity across the year. This brand new role is essential in embedding agile ways of working, bringing momentum, structure and visibility across our campaign landscape.
What Youll Be Doing
Coordinate cross functional campaign delivery using agile tools and routines
Lead project routines like sprint planning, stand ups, retrospectives, and progress updates
Maintain and update timelines, documentation, and tracking tools across the marketing calendar
Partner with brand leads and stakeholders to keep projects aligned, on time, and on brief
Champion our One McDonalds One Way process across all marketing workstreams
Facilitate meetings and check-ins with internal teams, agency partners, and global colleagues
Proactively flag risks and blockers, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
Report on milestones and progress regularly to keep teams focused and informed
