Assistant Brand Manager

This organisation is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to support the development and delivery of marketing activity and help drive brand strategy in the interior solutions sector.

This full-time, permanent role is based at their head office in East Leake, with a hybrid working model of three days per week in the office.

About the Role:

In this role, you'll assist in implementing brand campaigns, ensuring consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints. Working closely with the Brand Manager, you'll monitor brand sentiment, contribute to creative campaigns, and provide insights to optimise performance.

You'll get involved in a broad range of marketing initiatives, from social media and digital content creation to campaign analysis and stakeholder engagement.

Key Skills & Experience:

A marketing qualification and 2-3+ years' experience in a brand marketing role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams

Creative mindset with experience across digital and traditional marketing channels

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data

Key Responsibilities:

Support the delivery of brand campaigns including messaging, sustainability, and thought leadership

Brief agencies and contribute to campaign development and content creation

Monitor brand sentiment and campaign performance; share insights and suggest improvements

Contribute to social media planning and content creation

Collaborate with sales teams and support events and exhibitions

Align brand activity with internal stakeholders and channel partners
