Assistant Building Control Officer Job description
East Riding Building Control is offering an excellent opportunity to join a team with a reputation for delivering a high-quality service across the East Riding. You must be a registered energy assessor and have experience in undertaking RdSAP energy ratings. Experience in FSAP and DEC energy ratings is also advantageous but not essential as further training will be given.
Construction experience, a basic knowledge of the Building Regulations, experience in the use of computers and a full driving license are essential. The successful applicant will have the option to work from a Council office or from home, working 37 hours per week with a starting salary of 30,024 per annum.
