GRADE: 6

JOB PURPOSE:
The post holder will be responsible for supporting and managing business review & improvement activities employing Systems Thinking* as their primary approach in order to support the Housing Executive in ensuring responsive and excellent services to our customers. This will involve working independently and with Business Excellence Managers leading commissioned business reviews and providing support to frontline service providers to refresh and enhance their services to customers. The post holder will contribute to maintaining and developing new ways of collaborative working to maximise achievement of shared business excellence objectives and high standards of governance.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. i) Have a degree level qualification, or equivalent*, and a minimum of 2 years** relevant experience
OR
ii) Hold a Level 5 qualification in Housing, and a minimum of 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience
OR
iii) Possess 5 GCSEs or equivalent*, including minimum Grade C in Mathematics and English Language, and have at least 3 years **relevant experience

** Relevancy will be determined with due regard to the delivery of services to social housing customer or similar.
