Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to inform pricing, design direction, and product opportunities.

Qualifications, skills and experience - essential:

Commercially aware with a keen interest in interiors and a strong understanding of customer preferences. Confident in analysing data to make informed, commercially-driven decisions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Confident user of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint. Collaborative team player who can delegate to junior team members while taking ownership of key deliverables.
