Fast paced and challenging work Involvement in multiple projects Surveying, Project and Statutory Compliance works within public buildings and school settings Preparation of plans, technical drawings and schedules of work Health & Safety, and building compliance Design & project management Quality control Contract, contractor and database management

About you

You will be an effective multi-tasker with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service. You will be motivated and forward thinking, who can demonstrate professionalism and enthusiasm You will be a team player You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills You will have excellent ICT skills and be able to use a range of packages including Word, Excel and Outlook, and be familiar with asset management databases. You will have a real attention for detail and be able to undertake detailed site surveys and produce accurate plans using AutoCAD.
