Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant C&B Manager to support the C&B Manager in the smooth and efficient running of our Event spaces.

This is a hands-on role requiring a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee daily operations, support and train the team, and ensure our service standards remain consistently high.

THE ROLE:

Assist the C&B Manager with daily operational tasks Oversee till reconciliation and ensure accurate cash handling Lead team briefings, manage rotas and breaks, and adjust staffing levels as needed Motivate the team to provide excellent service with attention to detail Ensure high standards of cleanliness in both front and back of house areas Report issues promptly to the C&B Manager Ensure punctuality and reliability to support operational success Serve food and beverages, including preparation of hot/cold drinks Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams Follow instructions for event preparation, service, and clear-down Ensure all event spaces are left clean and ready for the next function
