Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at One Love Caribbean Restaurant in Great Britain. In this role, you will play a crucial part in food production and preparation, ensuring our dishes meet the highest standards of quality and taste, contributing to our mission of delighting customers with every meal.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and cooking of basic menu items to ensure timely service. Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily kitchen operations. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene practices. Pack and organise food for distribution to branches Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Contribute to a positive team environment by fostering collaboration.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably as an assistant chef or similar role. Experience of cooking Caribbean cuisines
