Summary

Join our team as an Assistant Chef in Hanwell, where you will contribute to creating delicious dishes and supporting our kitchen operations. This role is vital in helping us maintain high standards and deliver memorable experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

Assist in food preparation and cooking to ensure timely service. Support the head chef and kitchen team in daily operations. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen. Supervise junior staff when required, fostering a collaborative environment. Contribute to menu planning and ingredient management. Ensure all dishes meet quality standards before serving. Help manage stock levels and order supplies as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience or willingness to learn quickly in a pub or restaurant kitchen. Strong food preparation and cooking skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Good communication skills and team spirit. Knowledge of food safety regulations. Leadership or supervising experience is advantageous but not essential. Enthusiasm for hospitality and culinary arts.
