Roundwood Lodge Cafe is situated in Roundwood Park serving coffee, fresh juices and homemade food. We are looking for an Assistant Chef to work in this family run business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for general duties associated with a busy kitchen.

Work as a team to maintain excellent standards of food quality and service Food preparation Cleaning of the kitchen and equipment Ensure food hygiene and health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times. General kitchen duties e.g. washing up/loading the dishwasher Additional duties as and when requested by the Head Chef
Person Specification:

Experience in a busy kitchen Familiarity with cafe style food Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate as a minimum Reliable and hard working Strong organisational skills Able to work on own initiative
