You'll work in the Working Age Adults People Commissioning Team, supporting key changes across the service and collaborating with partners to ensure high-quality, cost-effective care for people in Cornwall.
The Role:
As an Assistant Commissioning Officer, you'll play a vital role in supporting our commissioning plans. Your responsibilities will include:
Reviewing needs and monitoring service performance.
Assisting with planning, contracting, and procurement processes.
Supporting co-production with service users and communities to ensure their voices are heard.
This is a public/customer-facing role, where the statutory English language requirement for public sector workers applies.
This position will be subject to an enhanced criminal record disclosure check.
Working Pattern:
This role is 33 hours per week and will be a fixed term contract until 31st March 2027. These hours can be worked flexibly, including working remotely (ie. from home) or on site (ie. in the office)
