Boxford Farms Ltd is seeking a motivated, reliable, and hardworking individual to join our

Orchard Construction team

. Working closely with the Orchard Construction Manager, the successful candidate will support the efficient construction, maintenance, and repair of our orchards and associated projects.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the Orchard Construction team, your duties will include:

Orchard construction, maintenance, and repair Supporting new construction projects Monitoring performance and progress Maintaining accurate records Supporting project reporting Assisting with staff motivation and training

Qualifications & Desired Skills

Full UK Driving License (Category B - Car) Experience in construction and/or maintenance Strong attention to detail Professional and proactive work attitude Ability to work effectively with others Polite manner with good communication skills Competent in English Right to work in the UK (essential)
