Responsibilities

• Own and manage financial month end processes including accruals, prepayments and journal entries.
• Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts.
• Provide analytical insight and variance analysis to explain performance against budget, forecast and prior periods
• Maintain and reconcile key balance sheets.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools including M3 ERP, SQL, Power BI, QlikView

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role accounting, financial control, or management reporting
• Strong knowledge of month end and reporting processes
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies.
• A commitment to professional growth and development.

Desirable

• Experience with Power BI
• Business or accounting qualifications (AAT / CIMA / ACCA or equivalent
