The Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable

Assistant Cook

to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about food, and able to work well in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Hours will be variable dependant on season and events.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals and menu's Support daily kitchen operations, including breakfast, lunch, and event service Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste Follow all health and safety and food hygiene regulations

About You

Previous experience in a kitchen environment (preferred but not essential) A passion for cooking and hospitality Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and events Strong teamwork and communication skills Relevant food hygiene certification (or willingness to obtain)
