Jo Malone are looking to recruit a dynamic and inspirational Assistant Counter Manager to join their team at Heathrow, to play a leading role in supporting the Counter Manager to lead, coach and develop their team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets. You will have exceptional customer relationship management with the ability to provide inspirational, authentic personalised service.
As Assistant Counter Manager your key responsibilities include:
Assisting elevating in store events, including hand and arm massage and wedding consultations Supporting the smooth running of the store Coaching and inspiring the team Team development, allowing them to exceed their KPI's, as well as your own * Ensuring all your team are aligned with Boutique and Brand vision
