Job Description

We are a family run business in the Trafford Centre, Manchester. We offer professional, speedy, dry cleaning and clothing alterations.

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, Customer service Manager/Assistant Manager to join our team.The successful candidates will be able to represent the company and meet customer expectations.

We are looking for someone to work 35-40 hours per week, working varied shifts including weekends.

Training will be provided for all aspects of the role. A basic understanding of alteration practices would be an advantage.

Responsibilities



Greeting customers Solid communication and interpersonal skills Customer service focus Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Basic understanding of customer service practices Assisting customers in fittings and giving advice on dry cleaning and alterations. Organising Machinists workload ready for the day ahead. Quality control on garments after alterations and dry cleaning. Being responsible for processing cash and card payments. Answering the telephone and assisting with customers queries Giving advice and guidance to customers. Keeping the store tidy and clean at all times. Dealing with customer complaints in a professional manner. Working within company guidelines.

Person Specification:



Having a friendly and engaging personality. Comfortable working and approaching members of the public. Should have a confident manner. Excellent telephone manner. Must be helpful and polite. You should have retail sales experience An interest in or knowledge of alterations, sewing, dressmaking, tailoring and textiles Able to work as part of a team Have excellent time keeping Flexibility around shifts required
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: From 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
