Job Description

Reporting to the Customer Service Delivery Manager or General Manager, The Assistant Depot Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of all deliveries, installations and services. This role involves supporting the CSDM/General Manager in leading the team to achieve Operational Excellence and consistently meet or exceed customer service levels.

About You!



You should have strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of customer service principles, and a track record of driving performance improvements. You should have experience of managing a team, maximising operational excellence and surpassing key performance indicators (KPIs)? You should have strong IT skills

Desirable!



Experience working in the equipment rental market is desirable but not essential.

About the Role!



Ensuring the thorough inspection of all equipment and accessories on return to the depot ensuring compliance to Operational Excellence, availability process. Ensuring and optimising the successful recovery of costs & revenue in relation to loss, theft or damage. Coordination of all drivers and vehicles in the depot. Addressing all internal & external customer queries, complaints, and issues promptly. Ensuring prompt, first-time completion of site repairs by efficiently coordinating resources, managing parts, and addressing issues effectively. Managing all hire fleet, stock equipment, and fixed assets, ensuring compliance with monthly checks. Supporting the management of the depot, ensuring Operational Excellence for Depot Standards. Provide day-to-day supervision, guidance and support to all depot staff, ensuring all workload is coordinated and managed for all depot related tasks. Support the building and maintaining a workplace environment and culture that supports wellbeing. Promotes and facilitates a range of wellbeing initiatives that support and educate our staff.
